Autumn brewing tea

Autumn is a funny time for making tea properly. Good tea changes with every steep. Looking back through the notebook, 4 g of leaf seems to be the sweet spot.

The result was a calm hour, or close enough. I took a photo, but it doesn't really show a sweet second steep.

There's something about warming the pot that clears my head. If nothing else, I learned something about the oolong.
