Water too hot

Every so often I go back to re-steeping the same leaves, and this morning was one of those times. Compared with last time, it was a clear, bright cup. It took forty minutes, which is longer than I'd planned for the green tea.

Probably, steeping green tea at a lower heat matters more than any timer. The notebook is updated with 2 g of leaf, and so is this page.
